I. Scope of Application
This return and exchange policy applies to all bathroom-related products purchased through this website.
II. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
To ensure fairness and reasonableness, returns or exchanges must meet the following conditions:
1. Cases Eligible for Return and Exchange
Requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the goods;
The goods must be in brand new, unused condition;
Original packaging, accessories, instructions, and labels must be complete;
We will assume full responsibility for damage, incorrect delivery, or missing items caused by logistics and will provide a free replacement or refund.
2. Cases Not Eligible for Return and Exchange
The goods have been used, installed, or show obvious signs of use;
The goods are missing their original packaging or accessories;
The 30-day application period has expired;
Some special categories (such as installed faucets and hardware) are no longer eligible for return or exchange due to their usage nature, unless it is a quality issue.
III. Return Process
Step 1: Submit an Application
Contact our after-sales team via email, providing:
Order Number
Problem Description
- (If any) Photos/videos of damage or defects
Customer service will reply within 24–48 hours and confirm whether the return/exchange conditions are met.
Step 2: Return the Goods
After confirmation, you will receive a return address or exchange processing instructions.
For returns due to quality issues, incorrect/missing items, we will provide a free return shipping label.
Step 3: Review and Refund
After the warehouse receives and inspects the goods:
Refunds will be returned via the original shipping method within 3–7 business days;
Exchanges will be reshipped immediately after review.
IV. Exchange Rules
Same item, same price, can be exchanged directly;
If you need to exchange for other products, please pay/refund the price difference;
Exchanges enjoy the same free shipping service as the first order.

If the product has quality issues, we will assume full responsibility and offer the following options:
